Excellent and responsive company with comprehensive, expert, and friendly service! I called with an emergency plumbing situation very early in the morning, left a message, and received a call back within half an hour. They worked diligently to fit me into their schedule and had someone out within an hour. Dustin was thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Josh was great. He came out looked over the problem and told me what needed to be done. Came back the next day always on time and calls when on their way. Dustin even called to let me know he was arriving before Josh. Phenomenal service I have found my go to plumber.

We called Plumbing Repair of the Triad after a recommendation from a neighbor. We recently moved to the area, and the house we purchased had a sewage smell coming from the master bath. We were very nervous that this would be an expensive fix, especially since we have a septic system. Josh listened to all of the information I could give him and seemed pretty confident that it was an easy fix (new wax seal on the toilet). He was quick, the price was very reasonable, and we haven't had problems since! We're so grateful that it wasn't something major and that Josh was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. I was also pleased with the fact that he removed his shoes at the door, even as he came and went a few times to get parts and tools from his truck. Having just put new carpet in the bedroom he had to pass through, I was very grateful for this bit of thoughtfulness. I would definitely use them again!
